Cable triceps push down 3 sets of 20 reps.

Behind the neck dumbbell triceps extensions 3 sets of 20 reps.

Cable rope overhead triceps 3 sets of 25 reps.

Incline bench dumbbell biceps curls 3 sets of 20 reps.

Standing side dumbbell biceps curls sets of 3 sets of 20 reps.

Close grip cable biceps curls sets of 3 sets of 25 reps.
